The Colours of my School

GREEN

Was the blackboard
with many chalks
which our teachers
use every day.
BROWN
Were the floors
and the tables
which are made of wood.
YELLOW
Were the Curtains
in every classroom,
which aren’t always closed
to get some light
from our yellow sun.
WHITE
Were the lab coats
in the Science room.
we may not wear them every lesson,
anyway, some guys wear them.

RED
Were the pens
from our teachers.
and the little light
from the beamers' controller.
BLACK
Were the doors
of many Lab-rooms.
And the colour
of our pens.

  1. I like how you wrote your poem about school and I find some of your associations quite surprising - I never knew the beamer's on/off light was red :-)

Just one thing; make sure to stick to one tense in your poem next time. It can be either past or present tense but make sure you don't mix them.
