Jobs-satisfaction or money-which is more important?

Jobs-satisfaction or money-which is me important?
Many young people at the beginning of their career ask themselves what is more important-money or satisfaction. There are many different and interesting arguments. Some think that money is more important because with money you can buy food, good clothes and medicine. But there are also some which think that satisfaction is way more important because happy people don’t get ill so easy.
I personally think that both, money and satisfaction are important, because if you don’t have enough money to feed yourself and your family than your job can be the most satisfying thing in the world, you can’t survive with it. But if you earn a lot of money but aren’t happy with your job, if it bores you or you are very stressed then the much money can’t help you because actually there are at least a few thing you can’t buy: happiness, inner peace and satisfaction.

Thanks for reading, hope you enjoyed it!

Money vs. Happines Sophie Liebert

Hey guys! This little article is about money vs. happiness and the problem with money in the show business.

Money, Money, Money!

The question much money or happiness is for many people a very important issue. If you like to have money you have to work from 7 a.m. till eight or nine o’clock in the evening. There is no time for family or friends. But some human beings are happy if they’ve got their money, a beautiful house, luxury... Most people aren’t happy. They feel alone and drink or take drugs. This often happens in the show business.

I’m Happy!

People who don’t think that money is so important have got a job which they like. They are happy with their work and have enough money to life a good live. A big house or luxury isn’t important for them. They’ve got a family, friends and fun to live. At these jobs you’ve got a balance between money and your work.

The Show business

If you’re successful in the show business most people think that you can live a good and comfortable life. There are some musicians or actors and actresses, who can say this but most of them can’t trust the success, the fans...  Some of them die early because of the situation.

I hope that this text gives you a little overview about the problem “money”. Please write a comment about the way you would choose.

Job Satisfaction vs a Big Paycheck

Whats better Job Satisfaction or a lot of money?

It is the best thing for you to have both, because if you have a lot of money you can buy everything but your starting to get really unhappy with your live when you have to work all day long. But if you have fun with your job but almost no money then you're sad, because you can't buy aything. I think that you have to find the perfect balance between Job Satisfaction and a lot of Money that is the recepie for happiness in your live.

For me personally I'd prefer a lot of money if I'd have to choose, because I would rather like to buy stuff in my life than always having to save money for like a new pair of Jordans.
But I can understand the people who like to have more fun in their Job than having to work all day, but is it wrong when you're happy with a job where you get more money?

Money or Statisfaction/Clues for a good job interview

What's more important?

For me

For me personally, the statisfaction (of course) is more important, I think, because the main sense of life is being happy. I would never do a job which I don't enjoy to do. If I would do that, I'll freak out until the first day begin. Sometimes you wouldn't have a choice, but if somebody let me choose between money and statisfaction, I would definitly choose statisfaction.

For girls

I think, that statisfaction is more important for girls, because the most girls I know, wouldn't do a job which they don't enjoy/like. That's the priority one for a girl.

For boys

I can't judge that very well, because I'm not a boy, but after our discussion in class, I think, the plurality of boys are a better friend with the money than statisfaction.

Clues for your first job interview:

Before the interview:

  • Talk to somebody who works there.
  • Think about reason's why you want to work there.
  • Think about your personality.

On the day of the interview:

  • Don't be nervous. This will only make you tensed up.
  • Be sure, that you sleep well in the night before the interview.
  • Dress decent.

During the interview:

  • Smile.
  • Take time and think before you answer the question.
  • Don't obstruct yourself. When you're in, the employer would think, where is the person I spoke to during the interview.

I think this should be enough informations and clues how to have a good interview. Well, I hope you enjoyed the reading of my blog post.

JOBS:MONEY OR STATISFACTION?

Whats more important?

Today I´m going to tell you something about Job Statisfaction and Money.
That means mostly about Job Interviews and the question what is more important, Job Statisfaction or Money?

Job Interviews:

  • 1st:Be yourself, if you play a person who isn´t you, how are you going to play it for years?
  • Exceptions:If you are not confident but you need this job badly, then train your confidence!
  •   DO NOT GIVE UP!(besides you won´t get the job for sure(that means he tells you, you won´t get it))
  • Be as honest as possible!
  • Don´t talk much about why or how you lost your old job, so that he doesn´t think you´regoing to do the same thing in this job.

MOST IMPORTANT:

Don´t be OVERconfident!
He/She is going to think you are a guy who thinks he can make everything he wants without asking the Boss!

What´s more important:Job Satisfaction or money?

Sucess is a vital part of a job but do you want to work 10 hours a day in a job you don´t like to get the money?(If yes then you can stop reading now,if no then keep on reading.)
Or would you rather earn enough money in a job you enjoy?

Some tips for job searching:

  • Try to find a job that seems interesting to you and uses your strengths! For Example: If you like Art and you´re good at painting, try finding a job where you will earn enough money to live and you will be challenge so it doesn´t get boring all of a sudden!

  • If you have friends who have a job that you would like to do too, ask them for help!Don´t search for hours in the Internet if you can ask a friend.

  • What are your strengths? Answer that question to yourself, after that what you are interested in and search for a job based on that.   e.g. don´t try to get a job you would be good at even though you don´t enjoy it as much or the other way around.

  • But always remember: Money is important never take a job that you enjoy but you earn like no money at all because today with all the modern stuff and medical advantages, if you can pay for them, your life is going to be so much better.

  • Never forget don´t take a job you don´t want to do!

I hope this helps for your future job interviews or decisions regarding this topic!

Thanks for Reading

Welcome to "(Steve) Jobs"

By Martina Markunović
What’s more important?

I am going to tell you something about the important things for choosing your perfect job. That means some advices for your job interviews and the answer to the question “What’s more important, job satisfication or the big salary?“

The job interview

·         First of all, don’t forget: You are perfect the way you are, so don’t adjust!

·         Be yourself at the interview to show your future boss that you are perfect for the job, but don’t talk too much about yourself!

·         Be polite and don’t come late!

·         Take time to prepare some answers to possible questions.

·         Answer the questions as honest as possible.

·         Don’t overexplain why you lost your old job.

·         Calm down! Nothing bad is going to happen.

So try to show your best side to convince your future boss!

Have a look at these pictures.

What’s more important - job satisfication or the big salary?
Success is important, but do you want to work for a company you don't like until you are retired? Money plays a major role, but it isn’t always good to look only at that. Job satisfication is important, too, but don’t do something without getting any compensation. There are some important points for the question “What’s more important?“:
·         You should choose a job, which you like and not only look at the money you can get there. If you don’t like your job, then it’s really hard to be successful there. You should choose a job, where you think that you like to work there until you are in guesthouse.
·         When you like to survive in this global economic crisis with a high unemployment rate then you should first of all, go to a college and then go to an university to get the specialization for your favourite department and to have simultaneously the perfect prerequisite for your future jobs. With these steps, you will be successful and you will get enough money.

·         Money is important, particularly in this century with lots of possibilities to spend it and to afford a high standard of living. But you don’t have to be exhausted and only work like a workaholic for money until you forget which things are important in your life and which not. Your health, your family and your happiness are the most important things in your life. Never forget that!

I hope, that you’ve learned something out of my blogpost!
